Hi again,

My name is Ane Mari Tache from the Innovative Solutions Grup.
We are the developers of the Advanced Uninstaller PRO program.

I have been notified by our users that Malwarebytes detects our software products (described bellow) as malware.

As a software developer I can strongly and sincerely vouch that the files below don't contain any malware. I have worked on these products, and know with 100% certainty that they don't contain malware.

Please either whitelist our products or tell us, in detail, why they are considered malware.  We would gladly cooperate with you in order to fix this problem which is damaging to us and to our users (and, by extension, to your users, also).

Advanced Uninstaller PRO installation kit, with SHA256 dc3a5c424b34c37c05de517a63fc0d9b8001fb05c169ca7d306074885b74d8b2 from https://advanceduninstaller.com/soft/uninstaller/Advanced_Uninstaller13.exe

This is what our users complain about:

I just started getting this alert as trojan: Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com -

The oldest program above (Advanced Uninstaller PRO) has been first released in 2002. It has been available for 17 years, spanning 10 major versions and countless updates, and has managed the transition from Windows 95, Windows 98, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and now Windows 10, and works on 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Windows. Does anybody think that any company would make such an effort to develop and update programs only to later add malware to them?

It seems that your antivirus software made a mistake and added our program to it's malicious programs list.
If this is not an error,  please let us know what we need to change.

Kind regards,

Ane Mari Tache
