False positive for PcapDotNet.Packets.dll

This morning, all of a sudden, Malwarebytes started reporting a DLL as malware.
The DLL in question has been on my system for months.
I believe this is a false positive.

I enclose the report generated by the "mbam.exe /developer" command, as well as the DLL itself zipped.

Just to be sure, I ran the DLL through jotti.org's online virus scanner and it came out clean.
