Malwarebytes Quarantined my entire external drive!

Actually it is.

ahhh.   LOL.    How did you do that ?

Though,   the main point for Mark is,  to insure the View options are set to show everything.

Most of it is under the small arrow in the quick access toolbar (the small toolbar with the little icons) which reveals the menu below:

If you enable the Show above the Ribbon option it will show that mini toolbar embedded in the title bar, above the ribbon as in the images posted by the OP.

I do all of my tweaks with a large reg edit on every computer. Thanks @exile360 for pointing out where the manual setting is located for that feature.

I have most enabled but I don't see "Devices and Printers" or "All Control Panel Items" in mine. Not that I actually want to but I'd guess they are there due to some Registry tweak. I do have iCloud Photos as a network location but I'd rather it not be there. I only installed it to help my wife with some photo information and I don't store my own photos there.
