Run-time error '6' overflow

PLEASE HELP. I have been using Malwarebytes for sometime now and I love it. My girlfriend had some SERIOUS infections on her computer so we downloaded it. I ran it on the Quick Scan and it took 2 hours and found over 30,000 problems. I tried to remove them and i get the old "Run-time error '6' overflow" window pop up. I click ok and Malwarebytes shuts down and does not remove the threats. I repeat the process with the same results.

So I downloaded SUPERAnti Spyware to clean up some thinking if I can lower teh threat count Malwarebytes would work ok. No go... even after all the threats SUPER AS found Malwarebytes STILL found over 30k and then craps out.

Any advice?

Well that sounds like either false positives or a possible worm. If SAS comes back clean but MBAM does not then we'll probably need to run and see some other logs to see what's going on. Are you SURE it's a valid legit version of MBAM and not some knock off program that looks like ours?

It may take a few days before someone can get back to you because we're now getting hundreds of requests for help and can no longer answer requests for help right away. It may take up to 5 days before a response, but please reply to ask again after 48 hours if no one has responded.
