I notice that you have several Cyrillic entries in your logs, yet your installation of Windows and software are all USA English. Are you setting up or installing Cyrillic language shortcuts or installations on purpose?

You also have 65 Persistent Routes set on your system which is rather odd to see on a home computer as well. Did you set them up?
