My schedule scan for some endpoints failed for 2 consecutive days

I tried to do on-demand scan using the method:

onthe endpoint, top right corner, the "action"  drop down .

Within seconds i received email

  • Source: managed.machines
  • Severity: warning
  • Type: machine.command.failed

Details: command.threat.scan

Running the Threat Scan directly also falied ( I login to the machine in question and ran the threat scan)

Any suggestions?

I'm sorry that some of your endpoints are experiencing issues with Malwarebytes, but I'm sure a member of Support will be able to help.  While you wait, one or more of the support articles located here may contain something helpful regarding the issue if you want to try troubleshooting in the meantime.

You might also consider creating a support ticket with Business Support directly as you have access to priority support as a Malwarebytes Business customer.  To do so, please fill out the web form on this page.

I had enabled the remote assistance. The Nebula Console acting strange June 1 . I will need to dicusss as soon as I can chat . Is  6:47 Eastern time
