all files encrypted with .cryoteons extension

my whole computer , i mean all drive not just C:\\ is unable to be opened (every file on those drive ) with (dot) .cryoteons extention , so for example index.php become index.php.cryoteons

 

i have no idea what is going on, im looking information regarding this issue and if im lucky maybe some user can help guiding to fix this

update

 

i found text files and i was able to open it
 

Attention, all your files have been encrypted.
To access your files again, you must pay for the decryption keys.
The amount you have to pay is 0.1 BITCOIN

You can get bitcoin very easily on these sites:

www.paxful.com

The decryption process:
Send 0.1 Bitcoin to this address:

After submitting, contact me at this email address: cryoteons@protonmail.com
With this subject: CRYOTEONS01-3949123V2

After completing all these steps, you will be emailed the keys and a tutorial to decrypt the files.
