Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection disabling Windows Defender

After the latest Windows 10 upgrade Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection has disabled Windows Defender. How can I allow Windows Defender to work properly on my systems?

You may find the information in this support article as well as this support article to be helpful.  There should be an option in Malwarebytes to disable registering Malwarebytes with the Windows Action Center/Security Center and once disabled, restart the endpoint and Defender should be enabled again.  I don't have instructions specific to the business products, but I believe the setting is similar in the business product.
