My name is Valentin Vlaev.

I am A Software Engineer at Visioneer Canada Inc.

We are in the paper scanners industry.

One of our clients just complained that one of our executable files from our new software product, which is in the release stage is detected as  Malware.Generic.4233145874.

We think that it is False Positive case.

The file is signed with our signature(see the attached VizTWAINDirectManager.zip).

 

I hope that you will whitelist the current file and any further released versions.

This is indeed a false positive by our additional machinelearning engine we have implemented.
