Tnavear Posted May 7, 2020 ID:1379438 Share Posted May 7, 2020 I am experiencing stuttering and lag in my PC and I think it is due to heavy RAM usage. I have 8GB of RAM; however, even keeping firefox and steam open leads to 60% usage. I tried doing a zombie handles test and there were a lot of zombie handle processes; however, I do not know how to remove these.
exile360 Posted May 7, 2020 ID:1379452 Share Posted May 7, 2020 Greetings, Many if not all of the processes listed are critical system processes and should not be tampered with. If you suspect that your system may be infected please follow the instructions in this topic and create a new topic in our malware removal area by clicking here and a malware removal specialist will assist you in checking and cleaning the system of any threats. If you suspect that the performance issue may be related to Malwarebytes please create a new topic in this area. You can test to see if Malwarebytes is the cause by opening Malwarebytes and going to settings by clicking the small gear icon in the upper right and selecting the Security tab and disabling the option under Windows startup then restarting your computer. Please let us know how it goes. Thanks
