Infected with www1a.delmamora.pro malware

Recommended Posts

This malware is only infected on Chrome and Firefox I think. When I use Opera the annoying pop up ads did not occur. I tried delete it but it keeps coming back for every time I reboot my computer

The symptoms are:

- Annoying pop up ads that has the link www1a. delmamora .pro.

- The browser lagged and slowed down. (Both Firefox and Chrome. Not Opera)

Here are what I tried:

- Scan computer with Malwarebytes, AdwareCleaner, ESET online scanner, Hitman Pro, EEK, MSERT

- When scanned with AdwareCleaner, there is always 2 adware that always reappear after I delete it

- Tried reset Chrome sync on but cannot log in to chrome to reset

- Tried search for registry key but cannot find it

- Tried search for the suspicious tasks and services but failed to locate it

I would appreciate any help at this point. The last resort I have right now is to reset my computer. Which is a real pain because I do not want to reinstall every programs and driver. Thank you very much.AdwCleaner[S18].txt

Hello, Welcome to Malwarebytes.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.

The problem may be caused by a Syncing issue.

No malware was found in your logs.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

If the problem persists and Chrome is Synced with other Devices reset it.

Execute the suggested fix.

Restart the computer normally.

If the problem persists and you are Syncing Firefox it with other Devices reset it.

Navigate to this page and Remove it as suggested.

When done restart the computer normally.

If all is well.

Return to your Firefox Account and Click the Connect button.

Reset the sync.

Restart the computer normally.

Please post the Fixlog.txt and let me know if the problem is solved.

Dear nasdaq,

Thank you for your help. I tried following your advice and run the fix list and reset sync in my chrome. Has not seen the pop up so far, however the browser still very slow. Took longer than 5 seconds to start loading a page.

And I cannot install back firefox for some reasons.

Here is my log. Can you help me with it?
