Hi,

Yesterday, I downloaded a small exe file, when I executed it, it disappeared immediately, I tried again, it did the same just disappeared from my desktop. Therefore, I realized it was a virus or malware. Therefore, I tried to use Ad-Aware or Spyboat or Malwarebyte, but no of them could be opened or updated. So I tried Dr,Web's cure-it, it actually found a Malware and deleted it, after that, I could start Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware only, and I used Malwarebytes found a few Malware (WMB, WMN or smoething I can't remember) and deleted them. Since that, my notebook got a lot of problem, it keeps freezing up once get into Windows and it can't run any program, just hung there. it is unusable, I tried to use System Restore but it doesn't even run too. I can only get into Safe Mode to run a few programs but the System Restore need to be run in Normal Window Mode. Also When I tried to run Windows Repair, it shows unavailable and showing no hard driver found. I'm really fustrated with this, please help me on this. Thank you a lot.

Nick

Hello and welcome to Malwarebytes.

I Apologize for the late response.

If you still require assistance, we would like to see the latest state of your system. So, please post a New Hijackthis log. In your reply, I would also like to know any symptoms you may still have and how your computer is running at the moment.

Take a read in this thread on instructions on how to post a Hijackthis log and other further instructions:
