vb accelerator sgrid ii control run-time error 'o' and '440'

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

My computer went inot a blue screen with a buch of 0 and 1 numbers. It is telling me that I have some malaware. I tried using my malwarebytes which I have used before but I keep getting this error message accelerator sgrid ii control run-time error 'o'. I click ok then I get another one that reads Malwarebytes run-time error '440'.

I can't uninstall it because when I go to my control panel to remove programs, malwarebytes isn't there. I know it's in my computer because when I tried to delete the shortcut it told me I had to delete the software from my control panel. I DON"T SEE IT!!!!!!!

I don't know much about computers. I have read some of the other forums but it says to do stuff that I have no idea what it means.

Someone was talking about copying some file from anothr computer. I don't understand that or what that file is. The only other computer I have access to is the library.

Please can someone explain to me in "dummies" term how to fix this problem. I know my computer has a virus but I haveb't got the money right now to get it fixed. I tried downloading a "free" software which scanned my pc and told me I have 38 threats BUT when I tried removing them I had to pay.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

Then it will take a day or two since there busy in that forum, so bookmark it or keep an eye on it. An expert will have you download logs & he will look them over. You will work with him. They will get you fixed up! Though I think you may have a hardware issue? Or a VB issue, what I think don't count...Just that you post this in the right place. Wait for a reply.... regards...
