Administrator Account Preventing me From Using Windows Security Features

I ran the fix, rebooted, uninstalled malwarebytes, rebooted, and I cannot perform a quick scan. The button doesn't function, and I do not have the options to turn on real time protection or tamper protection, it says that they are managed by my administrator, but I am the only one who uses this laptop.

Unfortunately, I am still having issues even accessing some parts of settings, as I do not have the correct permissions, despite being the only user of the laptop.

I did a repair upgrade, and my computer has returned to normal, thank you for everything, I really appreciate it, awesome folks on this forum.

That's great news to hear @wandelf

Please make sure to check for updates from Microsoft. Click on Start and type in "Check for updates"

Once the system is all updated if you can run FRST and post back the 2 new logs I can review and see if anything odd left over.
