Malwarebytes will not run

After being infected with some sort of virus, kept getting "Security Center Alerts" screens popping up. Tried to run Malwarebytes and could not get it to run. mbab.exe shows up in Task Mgr for a second the goes away. Also uninstalled a program called Security Center thru add/remove programs. Read a few posts and decided to run HijackThis to get a log. It is posted below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
