Hello @Dharique and :welcome:

Please run the following steps and post back the logs as an attachment when ready.

  • If Malwarebytes won't run then please skip to the next step and let me know in your next reply.

STEP 02

Please download AdwCleaner by Malwarebytes and save the file to your Desktop.

  • Right-click on the program and select RunAsAdmin.jpg Run as Administrator to start the tool.

STEP 03
Please download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Please temporarily disable your Zemana software while you run the following fix.

Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on this particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system.

Run FRST or FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach or post it to your next reply.

Note: If the tool warned you about an outdated version please download and run the updated version.

fixlist.txt

Once that is done and the computer has restarted please review the following site and reset your browsers. Many of them have a search page or home page for Yandex set.

I have not used that myself. Are you sure that you can access that link before? From my understanding that is one of Google's Ad server connections and not something a user would directly connect to.

Are you trying to access this link on purpose?

Okay, backup your bookmarks and export, save your passwords for Google Chrome.

We will do a full forced removal of EVERYTHING Google related. Do you have any other Google software you're using? This fix will forcefully remove EVERYTHING related to Google software and reboot the system. Then you will need to reinstall Google Chrome from scratch.

I asked if you had other Google software. You have "Backup and Sync from Google" at this point it probably will not uninstall but go ahead and go to Control Panel, Programs, Add/Remove and see if you can uninstall it or not.

I will write up a script to remove it.

That is just a quarantine of the files from FRST removing them. That is not an installation of Google Chrome. The shortcut on your taskbar cannot be easily removed by script. You can right click and there should be an option to delete that.

There is also a file on your desktop with the name Google.zip I did not create it so not sure where it came from. Did you create it?

C:\Users\hp\Desktop\google.zip

At this time Google Chrome is not installed or operational on your computer.

Your computer is running something from watchdata .com
HKLM-x32\...\Run: [WD_Stdcertm] => C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Watchdata\PROXKey CSP India V2.0\SP_CertMND.exe [85400 2019-11-21] (Beijing Watchsmart Technologies Co.,Ltd -> Watchdata)

knowledge.cryptoplanet.in/article/proxkey-token-upgrade-new-cca-guidelines/

I assume it is probably some sort of USB or SIM card etc on your system. A scan of the data on Virus Total show no antivirus engine detects it as bad.

Downloading and Using Microsoft Edge or downloading and using Firefox, how is the computer running now? Are there any issues with these browsers?

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Thanks
