Hello,

I opened a topic yesterday and Zynthesist from Malwarebytes staff removed our website from the blocklist of Malwarebytes Premium, many thanks !

The topic was https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/258275-remove-url-from-blacklist/, for website "http://labelle-mecanique.simply-winspace.fr" (you removed the block on *.simply-winspace[.]fr).

Today all is OK Malwarebytes Premium database, but when we use a browser with Malwarebytes Browser Guard our website is still blocked...

Could you please to apply the removal also on Malwarebytes Browser Guard ?

Many thanks.

Just whitelisted the site now.  Please give it 15-30 minutes and it should be accessible.

Thank you very much for website

http://labelle-mecanique.simply-winspace.fr

who looks whitelisted now in MB Browser Guard. 😎👍

Unfortunately, there is another problem : we created 2 websites hosted by

www.amen.fr

, who proposed us to host our websites by creating subdomains

, while waiting to buy a ".com" domain name.

And concerning our second website hosted on the same shared server (81.88.57.89), this website is still blocklisted by MB Browser Guard :

 http://baitongthairelax.simply-winspace.fr

That's why in a first request a few days ago (https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/258275-remove-url-from-blacklist/), Zynthesist from Malwarebytes staff removed the block the on *

.simply-winspace[.]fr.

So, now Malwarebytes Premium whitelists our 2 websites without problems...

... but with Malwarebytes Browser Guard, our first website is whitelisted

), but our second website

http://baitongthairelax.simply-winspace.fr

is blocklisted... 🙁

So, can you please remove from blocklist our second website

http://baitongthairelax.simply-winspace.fr

?

Thanks in advance. 🙂

In Browser Guard, I whitelisted what you asked me to whitelist.  Unfortunately, you wanted me to whitelist more than just that domain.  I have now deleted the first whitelist entry and replaced it with one that covers the domain as a whole.  You can create other subdomains there if you wish and they will all be accessible through Browser Gurad.

Many thanks, all is OK now with Malwarebytes Browser Guard. 🙂
