bad bad trojan/virus

ok, so i was on the internet (nowhere fishy) and all of the sudden got a blue screen......when i rebooted, the system froze....so i restarted with the power button and went into safe mode. I figured it was a virus from the get go, probably something like winantiviru 2009 or something. So my first idea was to run malware bytes but to no avail. It let me open the program first, but when i started to scan, it shut down. Same thing with spybot, hijack this etc. Renaming the programs and reinstalling was no luck as well. I tried the cleaner and let me scan and took them "off" of the computer. It let me reboot and made it into the system, but 4 minutes later i had another blue screen. Ive searched around and read on some forums and some people seem to be able to fix it with a registry program.....but it seems to be on an individual basis. I would love to be able to do the prerequisite stuff such as run a hijack this log, malwarebytes etc.....but as you can see, this is not an option......so I'm kinda wondering really where to begin.

also, I have run kaperskys....found packed.win32.tdss.z

but i have no idea of how to remove this thing.

Welcome to Malwarebytes! Even if you can't start HiJack program follow these instructions: See note in Greenat the bottom... they have the tools to get you fixed up.... regards.....
