Mount&Blade II: Bannerlord Launcher Ransomware

The file Taleworlds.MoutandBlade.Launcher.exe was detected as Ransomware Malware.Ransom.Agent.Generic just now after a game crash. I'm pretty sure this is a false positive

The strange thing is I have been playing the game for 40 hours since launch without issues before. The game crashed when my army joined up with another army of my faction and Malwarebytes immediately popped up stating the file has been quarantined (twice, it has a double entry with same timestamp, same filename from the same folder)
The last game update has been a hotfix version e1.0.5 and I have been playing non-stop since the update with no issues. It is the first time I ever joined up with an army so can't say if previous file versions elicit the same behavior.

This file has been re-downloaded from steam using file verification, after excluding the folder from ransomware detection.

I just had the same thing happen, same file, same game.  Am I safe to allow this file? Should I upload you the same file in question?
