Malware similar to Xhelper but I don’t know what it is

So I have this malware that survives a factory reset and after I do one “apps”  start to appear such as Tidal and candy crush also some glitching apps like wish solitaire and other mobile games apear on my home screen. I thought I had Xhelper but not quite. Malwarebytes and other antivirus apps showed I had malware but when cleaned it, it showed it did clean it but when I re download those antivirus apps it pops up again, also malwarebytes showes I have a criticle issue but when I do a full scan it showes nothing. I don’t know what I have please help me!

Hi @Martin180,

Any screenshots of what you are describing would be very helpful.  Also, if you could send an Apps Report, that would be very helpful as well.

To send an Apps Report with Malwarebytes for Android use the following instructions.

1.Open the Malwarebytes for Android app.

2.Tap the Menu icon.

3. Tap Your apps.

4. Tap three lines icon in upper right corner.

5. Tap Send to support

Choose an email app to send Apps Report.

Your email app will open with the Apps Report included.

At this point, it would be very helpful to mention you are submitting via recommendation from the Malwareybtes forum.  This allows our support staff to know where to direct it.

By sending the Apps Report, you will create a ticket in our support system.

Private Message (PM) me the email used and/or the ticket number assigned.
