Malware warning on webpage, sometimes

Hello, I am a web developer and I am looking into a malware warning that a few people have been receiving trying to access a website that we had recently created.

We have not been able to see the warning ourselves, but two separate people saw the warning so I'm trying to figure out what could be the cause of that.

Any assistance would be very appreciated.

Thanks,

Edan

Hello  :welcome:

What is the link address ?   and can you get those 2 people with the messages to relay to you the full content of the message box  ( all ),  or else get them to relay a screen=image grab of the message window.

Be aware that if you consider the block messages to be false positives, that (1 ) you should read   https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/200068-please-read-before-posting-a-possible-fp/

and then  ( 2  )   post all your details in a new post in this sub-forum for web false positives

Thanks for the replies guys, but I think the post had been a mistake.

I got some more information from the client about the errors. Though both people who saw the error had malwareBytes installed, the screenshot shows that the site was actually being blocked by Xfinity and not malwareBytes.

I'm happy to still provide the site address in case there something in the software, but is there an option to do that privately?
