Greetings,

Yes, you can.  To do so, simply activate Malwarebytes with your license key, then open Malwarebytes to the Security tab under settings which you can access by clicking the small gear icon in the upper right, then toggle the option for Malwarebytes to register in the Windows Security Center to off, then restart your computer and both Malwarebytes and Defender should be active with all of their protection enabled.

I hope this helps and if there is anything else we might assist you with please let us know.

Thanks

Thanks. We already have an activated license and the 'register in windows' setting is already off.

Now we will turn all the MBAM realtime, web, malware, ransom and exploit protection switches back on, correct? Now there will be no conflict with defender, correct?

In the recent past, isn't it true that we could not run two different 'malware' scanners at the same time? Are we to assume that you guys have addressed this in your most recent version? We need to be sure that MBAM will not disable any Defender functions, yeah? Thanks again

That is correct, with the settings you were instructed to make by @exile360 above you should be good to enable all functions with MB4.  Both will run side by side without any issues.

You are also correct, its is not wise to run 2 Antivirus programs at the same time, in this case, your Windows Defender is your Antivirus and Malwarebytes is your anti-malware.
