False Positive on a vendor site

Good Morning,


Your service has indicated an issue with a file that a vendor maintains on their site. This is causing a blockage of service to some of my clients and according to my vendor this is a false positive.


I would appreciate you revisiting the file or providing me with my detail about why you consider this an issue. Hi Djordje,

  1. When will the next database update be?
  2. The clients are receiving a message from Cisco Umbrella saying that they are blocked from the site and I have reached out to Cisco but thye say that they were relying on Virustotals info. I reached out to Virustotals and they said that I have to contact each contributor individually and so I am not able to get my clients to do anything from this end.
