Remove Norton 360 from Windows Security Center

FYI Guys,

I think I've tracked down my connection issues now.  While my Netgear worked fine I remembered I changed my DNS to Clean Browsing DNS instead of my ISP's.  I reconnected my ISP's router and changed the DNS to clean Browsing and so far I haven't had any connection problems.

To be fair, in the years I've been using my ISP this is the first time I've had connection errors.  They've almost always the fastest DNS servers and they filter known malicious websites, so I've not really had a reason to change... until now.

Thanks again for all your help and support.  I greatly appreciate it.  :)
