Migrating Endpoints to OneView Console

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to migrate endpoints to OneView using Kaseya.

I've tried using Executeshellcommand and also running from a batch file to no avail.

The result is the same when trying to run the command:

“C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent\MBCloudEA.exe” -accounttoken <tokenID>

Kaseya gives me:

log4net:ERROR Failed to find configuration section 'log4net' in the application's .config file. Check your .config file for the <log4net> and <configSections> elements
Log4NetConfigurationSectionHandler,log4net" />

This is not a Kaseya error.

Can anyone help?

Anyone here using Kaseya that's successfully used it?

command works fine If I do it from the desktop manually.

I'm sorry you're experiencing trouble but hopefully we'll be able to get the issue resolved.  To start, if you haven't done so already, please take a look at the Malwarebytes OneView User Guide as it may offer clues to resolving the issue.

Next, if that fails to resolve the issue then you might consider creating a support ticket to work with a Malwarebytes Business Support agent directly.  Instructions on doing so may be found in this support article.  In the meantime hopefully someone more familiar with the error you provided and how to correct it will chime in to provide a more direct solution.

I hope this helps and if there is anything else we might assist you with please let us know.
