Failure to receive definition updates for a week

As you can see from the attached screenshot, it is from February 14, 2020 that I have not received updates of the definitions despite having forced the update several times.

All this despite the version upgrade that took place today.

Is it normal?

I can’t comment on whether it’s “normal” or not as I don’t really keep track, but I confirm that my definitions are dated the same.

@treed should be up and about in another six hours or so.

The problem was fixed today, as I see you've already noticed.

The problem has probably recurred
Today 03/03 at 12:25 definitions updated to 27/02, 27/02, 26/02 in order

We are on March 13 and as you can see in the screenshot the definitions are really old. I just forced the update.

What can be done about it?

I await a reply.
