Activate Premium subscription in Malwarebytes for Windows

To activate Malwarebytes Premium on Windows, have your Premium license key ready and follow the instructions below. Activating Malwarebytes for Windows enables Premium features such as Real-Time Protection and Scan Scheduler.

Your license key is located in the order confirmation email that was sent to you when you purchased your Premium subscription. If you do not have a Premium license key, visit the Malwarebytes website to purchase a Premium subscription or see how to find your Premium license key.

You must have Malwarebytes for Windows installed on your computer prior to activating your license key. To install Malwarebytes on your Windows computer, refer to Download and install Malwarebytes for Windows v4.

Activate Premium license on Windows

1. Open Malwarebytes for Windows.
2. Click the Activate license button.
3. Click the text box under License key, then enter your key. Be sure to include hyphens and capitalization.
   
4. If you have an ID, click the switch next to My license came with a License ID.
   Click the text box under License ID, then enter your ID.
   IMPORTANT: If you do not have an ID, do not click the switch and continue to step 5.
5. Click the Activate button.

When Malwarebytes Premium on Windows is activated, Premium displays in the top-left corner of the program Dashboard.

Following activation, Malwarebytes Premium on Windows turns on all Real-Time Protection layers. To protect additional devices, repeat the instructions above on another Windows device.
