[ RESOLVED ] Malwarebytes and Windows Defender

Recommended Posts

  • 3 years later...

Hi friends, I would like to ask another question which is quite related to this topic.

If I install Malwarebytes 4 or 5 and continue to use Malwarebytes as FREE (after Premium trial ends) on my Windows 10/11 computer, will Windows Defender still stay disabled as Malwarebytes FREE is known not to offer real-time protection which might warn Defender to make itself turn on again?

Or due to "Windows Security Center" registration feature is considered in Premium-only, will Defender turn itself on?

BTW, I had many good friends here in the past, hope to get answer. Best regards!

No. After the trial is over it will turn back on.

Also, never reply to an old topic, especially a 3 yr old one. Please create a new topic.
