Porthos Posted January 31, 2020 ID:1359512 Share Posted January 31, 2020 (edited) This is only a browser guard block. I will alert the team responsible for whitelisting consideration. @gatortail@gonzo Edited January 31, 2020 by Porthos Link to post

gonzo Posted January 31, 2020 ID:1359525 Share Posted January 31, 2020 The Malwarebytes block is being removed, and that will cause the Browser Guard block to be removed as well. Please give it time for a database update to propagate out. Link to post

I am not seeing a block on any of my browsers on Windows. What OS are you using and are you up to the current version 2.2.7? Edited July 11, 2020 by Porthos Link to post
Maxr Posted July 11, 2020 Author ID:1393815 Share Posted July 11, 2020 Hmm, the block is gone now. Don't know why. I am using Malwarebytes Browser Guard 2.2.7 with Google Chrome on Windows 10. Prroblem solved, will report if it happens again, thanks Link to post
Maxr Posted October 26, 2020 Author ID:1416494 Share Posted October 26, 2020 Again my website is blocked in Browser Guard. My website is AGAINST malware and scam websites, might be due to keywords that relate to malware why MBBG blocks it. Please unblock. Link to post
Maxr Posted October 26, 2020 Author ID:1416495 Share Posted October 26, 2020 Well now the block is gone, I dont know why. Please verify, upon install of the extension it blocks my site, when I close the browser and visit again it is not. Link to post
Solution gonzo Posted October 26, 2020 Solution ID:1416546 Share Posted October 26, 2020 One of the reasons for a reputation block is light traffic count to a website. While not indicative of a definitive failure, it does raise the risk. If a site is vacillating between being blocked and not being blocked (as yours is), there is typically not a problem. I have whitelisted the site, so that should take care of issues. On a side note, Sophos is listing your site as containing malware in VirusTotal testing results. You should try to resolve that one with Sophos. Link to post
Maxr Posted October 26, 2020 Author ID:1416549 Share Posted October 26, 2020 Thank you, will solve it with Sophos! Link to post
