Alpharius Posted January 30, 2020 ID:1359313 Share Posted January 30, 2020 I am glad that you finally made a display of all scan options, however, another problem arose with this, for some reason font in the report is not displayed correctly. Alpharius Posted January 30, 2020 Author ID:1359315 Share Posted January 30, 2020 The problem is not very serious, because the letters just do not stand smooth, however, this is still a problem and needs to be solved.
exile360 Posted January 30, 2020 ID:1359318 Share Posted January 30, 2020 Greetings, Is it like this throughout the entire UI or just on this page/dialog? Also, what are your display settings, font settings etc.? If you would, please also provide the following as that will help the QA and Dev teams to hopefully replicate and correct this issue: Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair) Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply Thanks

exile360 Posted January 30, 2020 ID:1359350 Share Posted January 30, 2020 Yep, you're right, it seems to be all over the scan report dialog (I checked it along with the 'Advanced' tab, and even the options for exporting reports are misaligned). Staff LiquidTension Posted January 30, 2020 Staff ID:1359362 Share Posted January 30, 2020 Hi @Alpharius, We've seen this issue sporadically since the initial release of Malwarebytes version 4. It tends to affect older machines with outdated hardware. Can you try disabling hardware acceleration and confirm if you see the same issue? Open Malwarebytes. Click Settings. Click Display. Disable the hardware acceleration option. Close the Malwarebytes window. Reopen Malwarebytes.
exile360 Posted January 31, 2020 ID:1359454 Share Posted January 31, 2020 Just FYI, I'm also seeing it on my machine which is definitely not outdated (GTX 1070 with the latest drivers from NVIDIA), and yes, disabling hardware acceleration eliminates it, at least on my system. Staff LiquidTension Posted January 31, 2020 Staff ID:1359506 Share Posted January 31, 2020 Thank you for confirming. At this current time, disabling hardware acceleration is the recommended solution. It's not yet clear if this will be addressable with other means.
