Recommended Posts

Hi,

p.s I cannot see what in the link you posted in your reply

The photo is not available. It may have been taken down. I need to check it. Thanks.

My request in post no. 24 was to see if you could use the System Recovery Environment
It looks like you can.

Before we go that way and since you did some head ways run the Farbar program one more time in Normal Mode and post fresh logs for my review.

Hi,

Looks like we are back to square one.

The only thing I can suggest now is for you to use a System Restore point available dated prior to the start of your problems.

Your first topic was Posted January 28.
Go back if possible to a date in January.

Follow the instructions on this page.
https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-system-restore-windows-10#recover_restore_point_windows10

If at any time you need help before proceeding please ask.

If successful please check for all Windows Updates that will need to be reinstalled.

I suggest you reset the Windows 10

How to:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/4026528/windows-10-reset-or-reinstall

If none of the options work then Use installation media to reinstall Windows 10

Look at this video before you start.

Hi,

So for some reason, I now able to access folder upixsel that I mention at the begging.
Im not sure if the trojan is removed or not.
I ran Malwarebyte scan in normal mode and Safemode and nothing come up.

is that mean we already remove the trojan? Or not? Because you said we back to square one.

is there any way to test?

P.s I have not reinstall window yet.

Hi,
I'm sorry for this delay. Next time you wait more than one day please send me a personal message.

Let see if we can use the Recovery Environment to solve this issue.

Before you proceed make sure the that FRST64.EXE and the  (Fixlis.txt you will find in post no. 20 are located in the C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads folder.

Boot the compromised PC to Recovery Environment, if you are unsure of that action have a read at the following link, maybe bookmark for future reference...

To enter the Recovery Environment with Windows 10, follow the instructions in this tutorial on TenForums
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2294-boot-advanced-startup-options-windows-10-a.html

From the Windows 10 Tutorial you should get access to the Advanced Startup Options at boot for Windows 10

Select in this order
"Troubleshoot" > "Advance Options" > "Command Prompt"

Once in the command prompt
In the command prompt, type C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\frst64.exe and press on Enter
FRST will open
Click on Yes to accept the disclaimer

Click on the Fix button and wait for the completion

p.s.
If at any time you need additional information please ask before proceeding.

If the problem persists execute the FRST64.EXE in the Recovery environment.
This time select the SCAN button and post the logs for my review.

Wait for further instructions.
