Help request with infections that cannot be removed - logs attached

Hello, Welcome to Malwarebytes.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.

Please run the Farbar program in an Administrator profile.
Post the fresh logs for my review.


Syncing may be why MBAM is not removing  the entries.

If the problem persists and Chrome is Synced with other Devices reset it.


Execute the suggested fix.

Restart the computer normally.

Let me know if Malwarebytes is still reporting the entries.

Thanks for the reply.

After cancelling the sync, MB was able to remove the entries and they were not found again.

I guess you don't need the logs now.
