Malwarebytes blocks SUMo software update check

With the latest version of both softwares on a Windows 10 computer, Malwarebytes prevents KC Software's SUMo from contacting its server to check for software updates. This issue is reolved by exiting Malwarebytes. As I am using the free version, I cannot set a web site exclusion.  Please fix this problem. Thank you.

Correction: That should be "resolved" rather than "reolved"😊

The free version should not be blocking anything.

I previously received an error message indicating that SUMo could not contact  it's server. Exiting Malwarebytes resolved the issue.

Today when I tested this, there was no problem. Perhaps a subsequent software update to one of these programs has  fixed the problem.

I will provide updates if there are any further errors.
