Please whitelist this site.  It is a user group for the software Family Historian.  I have been using this site for over 10 years.  Browser guard has never blocked it until today.

Are you trying to do anything specific on the site?  It is not blocked for me with either Firefox or Chrome.

Well, I'm not getting blocks at all.  Regardless, I added a whitelist entry.  Give it a few minutes to propagate, try again then, and let me know if there are still any issues.

i tested the "fhug.org.uk" links/URL's and they were blocked on my end. however i clicked the MBG-link for "proceed to website".

at the "fhug.org.uk" website there is an article saying that the website and one of its files are being flagged by "bitdefender" and to whitelist the file that is being flagged etc. i think that probably is why it was flagged by MBG, because it is flagged by bitdefender.

here is the link for the article regarding bitdefender:

I'm still getting blocked also.  I am not running Bitdefender on my PC.

Also those posts on the forum are from 2018 and 2019.  I just starting being blocked today.  It worked fine for me for years until today.

I am not blocked in Firefox, only in Chrome.

So... we have one person blocked only in Chrome, one blocked only in Firefox, and one not blocked in either.

Very strange.

I was asked by the Product Manager to remove the whitelist entry an hour ago because he said that it would not provide access to the site anyway.  He needs to weigh in on this with any information he may have.  I will let him know about the current status of this thread,

just some trivia. i was able to whitelist the URL within MBG's settings and it worked fine.

i then was able to remove the URL from the whitelist without any problems.

This didn't work for me.  It appeared to work until I closed Chrome and reopened it and then the site was blocked again.

I have tried a couple other org.uk sites that I use and they are blocked as well.  If this TLD block was put in intentionally then we need the ability to whitelist an entire TLD as well.  It would be crazy to have to whitelist them a site at a time.  There are too many legitimate org.uk sites.  I'm hoping this was unintentional and it will be fixed soon.

Can anyone from staff give us an indication of what is going on and what we can expect?

This issue should be resolved.  Please give it till the top of the hour to propagate out.  Apologies for the delay.

I can confirm that I am no longer getting blocked on any org.uk site now.

Thanks,
