Malwarebytes Support Site Currently Down

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Malwarebytes Support website due to a wide spread outage with Jive (the platform that drives our support site). Jive has provided us with the following information on the issue:

We are currently seeing issues in PHX DataCenter, where the communities are not loading and the maintenance page is showing up. Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.

Jive has provided us with the following update:

[UPDATE]: Our engineering team has identified the likely culprit, however is still working on resolution. At this juncture, we do not have a specific ETA available but continue to work towards a solution.

Jive has provided us the following update:

[Update]: We have diagnosed the faulty component and are working on a fix. At this time, the hardware seems to be recoverable and all systems are being verified individually. Due to the volume of systems, we are still unable to commit to an ETA.

Unfortunately our Support site is down again due to continued issues with Jive and one of their data centers. Here is the latest from Jive on the situation:

We are currently again seeing issues in PHX DataCenter where the communities are showing timeouts or maintenance pages. Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.
