Adware impossible to remove

O was asked to recreate the post so here it goes:

Hello, everytime i run MalwareBytes it detects 9 Adwares, they are supossed to be at quarantine but everytime there are exactly those 9 again, my quarantine folder is growing exponentially because they show up again and i dont know what to do, i even reinstalled Chrome and they keep showing up.

This may be a Sync issue.

If the problem persists and Chrome is Synced with other Devices reset it.

Restart the computer normally.
