Hi @vcv2,

Does this occur with a particular type of scan or does it not make a difference?
When you had Malwarebytes version 4 installed, did the BSOD occur with every scan performed or was it sporadic?

The System event log excerpt included in the attached logs indicates you have a potential disk issue. Hardware issues such as a failing disk are often the root cause of BSODs encountered during scanning; especially with lower level scanning that takes place during rootkit scans.

I recommend performing a long/full disk test using one or both of the following tools:

System errors:

Was the manual scan a Custom Scan? Were you enabling the Scan for rootkits option before performing the scan?
Did you try the disk checks?

At the very least, we will need a dump from the BSOD to investigate further.
This will require enabling creation of a full memory dump when a BSOD occurs: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html

You will then need to reinstall Malwarebytes version 4, reproduce the issue and provide us with the generated dump file (C:\Windows\MEMORY.dmp).
