Can't seem to download the latest toolset as partner

Clicking on the link to download the latest toolset, I get a "permission denied".

 

What can I do to get access (as a techbench partner).

Alex will be able to change your forum account to a Techbench member which should give you access.  You'll also get access to the areas of the forums exclusive to Techbench members.
