The new UI for the above software does not allow you to go into full screen when checking what has been quarantined. The old one did allow this so you could see the full name and so on.

When it scans and shows results there is no way to expand that report.

I have to say your new layout  may look clean but I did prefer the old UI and set up. This was looks and feels too simple.

has anyone else been having this issue re seeing the full report or am I doing something wrong?

You can actually expand the tables for detections as well as quarantine in order to see the full paths, however to do so you must hover your mouse over the table at the right edge of the section you wish to expand and you'll see your cursor change to a line with two arrows on either side of it and once this occurs, click using left-click and drag the top of the column to the right.  Once you pass the edge of the UI you will see a scrollbar at the bottom; use the scrollbar to drag the UI as far to the right as it will go then repeat the process, dragging the column header divider to the right then scrolling to the right edge and eventually you will be able to see the entire path.  It is tedious and we have requested that they update it to work more like other applications and Windows Explorer itself where you can expand any column to match the size of the longest string by double-clicking the column divider, however it hasn't happened yet but hopefully in a future update we'll see this change.

I hope this helps and if there is anything else we might assist you with please let us know.
