Greetings,

They actually used to have a white outline at one point with the older logo, however after XP support ended they changed to the current logo which is much closer in color to the original XP Luna theme taskbar color.  That said, in 7 you should be able to easily change the color of the taskbar using the Window Color and Appearance interface under the Personalization options in Windows 7:

You can also change the default desktop background as well of course, though I'm also a fan of the default Windows 7 desktop (I like blue a lot; one of the reasons I like the Malwarebytes icon personally).  With that said, I will provide your feedback to the Product team for consideration.  It is up to them, but perhaps they will decide to make the change to the icon you have requested in a future release.

If there is anything else we might help you with please let us know.

Thanks

It seems ridiculous to have to change our well-tuned color scheme(s) to accommodate the visibility of a tiny square of pixels on a task bar. I'm proud to be using Malwarebytes (paid, btw). I'd like to be able to see the icon, regardless of task bar color.
