KatherineEM Posted January 2, 2020 ID:1353689 Share Posted January 2, 2020 Okay so I've been trying to get a refund for my Malwarebytes for the past day, I cannot login to the support area, all I get is looped to this whenever I try to, The reason I am swapping out my Malwarebytes is I just have been busy with life, and would of gotten on the issue faster but had family who came over and needed help to stay with me. So basically whenever I try to login none of my things work to sign in I can get to the other parts of the site just not there no matter how hard I try or what I do, I tend to use paypal for online shopping only and I was not just charged once which would of been fine but I was charged twice so I am missing 80$ from my account, I am not angry at them I am sure I am doing something odd that is making this happen but I do need help with this, and just a big apology if I put this in the wrong area I never use forums all that much, thank you to whomever is able to offer help!
