Trojan popup warning stating website blocked

Remove these programs in bold via the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
DriverUpdate (HKLM-x32\...\{C85A8187-7E95-429D-9C9C-57C10268B3CF}) (Version: 2.2.38275 - SlimWare Utilities, Inc.)
Internet Explorer Toolbar 4.7 by SweetPacks (HKLM-x32\...\{80F3F10B-A177-4494-93CE-98090D819093}) (Version: 4.7.0008 - SweetIM Technologies Ltd.) <==== ATTENTION

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to  the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Please post the Fixlog.txt and let me know what problem persists.

P.s.
If the problem persists and Chrome is Synced with other Devices reset it.

Restart the computer normally.

     I removed DriverUpdate (HKLM-x32\...\{C85A8187-7E95-429D-9C9C-57C10268B3CF}) (Version: 2.2.38275 - SlimWare Utilities, Inc.) but could not find  the second one,

Internet Explorer Toolbar 4.7 by SweetPacks (HKLM-x32\...\{80F3F10B-A177-4494-93CE-98090D819093}) (Version: 4.7.0008 - SweetIM Technologies Ltd.).

I went ahead and ran FRST and click Fix.  After the reboot, the problem remains.  Attached is the new log.

If you have checked and fix the Chrome Sync and the PUSH Notification issue 

Your copy of Chrome may have been compromised

Remove and re-install Chrome. Follow these instructions.

step1.gif Remove Chrome from your Computer and reinstall a fresh copy later.

step2.gifIf you remove the syncing of your account you must remove it before you save your bookmarks etc...
