My Malwarebytes won't stop scanning after reaching the "Scanning File System" stage. It's gone as long as 70 hours once before I had to kill the program. Right now it's on the 2 hour mark.

Hi, we are having the same issue at one of our computers.  I am trying to create a log file, downloaded the Support Tool version 1.5.3.749 per your instructions above, and the program is stuck on Run FRST.  It just sits there circling.

Do you use any other security software besides Malwarebytes?

Please try running it in Safe Mode with Networking.  Instructions on booting into Safe Mode can be found here as well as here.

Please let us know how it goes.

I doubt it, because we have this setup for 20 other users in the same office, and this is the only computer that's having an issue.  Do you have any other suggestions?
