Vosteran Threat found but not removed

First time posting here...

After running a scan, 2 threats were found but select to quarantine them and restart, the threats are there again when I run the scan again. Below, I've posted the results from the log in the scan and a screenshot of what was showing after I ran the scan again a few minutes later. I also installed the trial version of Malware Bytes because it was one of the recommended program to deal with Vosteran.

At this point, I have already completely removed Google Chrome from my computer but it is still showing as the Chrome Start Page on the scan results. Although I have not noticed any weird behavior or redirects when using my Chrome browser, I still want to remove this virus or malware.

I hope someone can help!

I solved the problem finally!

After deactivating the sync option my Chrome browser, I completely reset Chrome to it's original settings. Then, I ran the scan again, removed the threats and restarted the computer. This time, it successfully removed the Vosteran problem completely.
