Purchased Product and log into account with nothing showing

Ok, I have used Malwarebytes free for a long period. This year decided to buy and has been a nightmare every since. Support has no actual phone I can call and for price I have learned a valuable lesson. With that said, please advise of process without living on these sites. If not Ill just chalk it up as a 60 lesson to never again use.

If you are having technical issues with our Windows product, please do the following: 


If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained is safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab on the left column

  7. Click the Gather Logs button

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be found on your Desktop. Click OK

  10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:

I regret you having this sort of issue.

Exactly when was the subscription made   ( what date ) ?   and was it from the Malwarebytes website ?

do not post your email address here.     but did you provide the right address for email when you made the purchase ?

Check real close on your email account the Inbox, as well as the spam or junk folder.

You want to see for any email from 2CO   ( or 2checkout ) or from malwarebytes

Malwarebytes does not have support by telephone.   and today is Christmas day  & there would be just only a possible small handful there.

They will be working the support tickets that are the oldest & un-answered.  Support tickets are done by oldest first ....first in, first answered.


Please provide details on just what your issue is at this point in time.

Are you saying that, you logged in to MyAccount  & managed to get in......   and that no Premium license detail at all is there  ?

The Malwarebytes for Windows program is installed.   Shows to be in Premium mode.  The license activation was done.   That is all good.

Not sure what you needed before.

but .....where you tried to "register online at MyAccount "   ( do not know why you needed that ).....where you went off the path is when

...you ticked the line "my subscription came with a license ID".    Yours does not have a "ID".  Yours has the modern single string License 5-5-5-5

It is a single string. four sets of 5 characters  with dashes in between.


Is there anything else that you need at this point ?   Let us know.
