Just click on it to expand it and find links to the release info for each version. I think only major point releases are documented there though so you might also check the pinned topics at the top of this forum as well as the beta release thread here for details on component releases. For current releases, there is a pinned topic at top of this sub-forum"Announcing Malwarebytes 4.0 for Windows" The internal team typically posts a note at the occasion of a new update Release in that section.
