Problem with AdwCleaner

Hi, I've been having a problem with AdwCleaner since version 7 or so. Ever since that update, my actual PC files that are okay i.e, DellSupportAssist, DellDigitalDelivery, DellUpdateForWindows10 , are flagged for quarantine. Problem is, they automatically reinstall on next boot AND AdwCleaner won't scan further after I mark them for quarantine, so I never get to finish the scan.

I know what you're going to say - uninstall DellSupportAssist and all the other programs. Problem is - I need it. It's an Alienware and I've had issues before where I needed it installed on my PC for dealing with warranty issues.

So... what am I supposed to do here? I NEED AdwCleaner, but I can't use the product because... well I don't know why... why did you make the software this way? Why can't I mark them as false positives or ignore them and proceed with scanning for malware?

Is there any way to fix this? What am I supposed to do?
