Significant Coumputer Slowdown after update

I have experienced the exact same problem.  I had to uninstall MalWare Bytes in order to make my computer normal again.  I tried to reinstall Malware bytes on my system but it acted the same way.  Stronlgy suspect that the latest version has a really big problem.  When will it be fixed?  Also want to know when I can chat with someone to find out what's going on.  Every time I try to chat with support they are uavailble.  Customer Support Sucks.  I have greatly appreciated this product but unless things change drastically I will not be renewing my license.
