Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs

My system is infected with a rootkit.tdss malware.

please help me remove this. It is detected everything the malware removes it and reboots the system.

Any idea where you picked that up at ?

Copy the contents of the code (dont include the word code) box below into a new notepad document (not wordpad or another text editor).

Click file> save as...> call it check.bat > file types *all files*> and save it to your desktop.

Run check.bat then post the text that will open please

If your antivirus alerts to those files ignore it, we want samples later if possible.

If the text is blank restart your PC

Download SysProt Antirootkit from the link below (you will find it at the bottom of the page under attachments, or you can get it from one of the mirrors).


Unzip it into a folder on your desktop.

  • Double click Sysprot.exe to start the program.
  • Click on the Log tab.
  • In the Write to log box select all items.
  • Click on the Create Log button on the bottom right.
  • After a few seconds a new window should appear.
  • Select Scan Root Drive. Click on the Start button.
  • When it is complete a new window will appear to indicate that the scan is finished.
  • The log will be saved automatically in the same folder Sysprot.exe was extracted to. Open the text file and copy/paste the log here.
