Hello,
I try to buy Malwarebytes antivirus programme for student licence. An error occurred during the payment process, and my card was withdrawn money twice and but 2checkout firm said that "we have not received any payment for them" . But when I look at my bank account it seems withdrawn money for them.( I added for this picture). And I try to buy again after 3 days later it didnt happen again. What is the problem about that?
And after the transaction, I did not receive any information about the premium account info and receipt. I want to cancel and my money back, please.

Refunds can only be done thru Malwarebytes Customer Support.

 I would encourage you, if you have not already done so, to create a Help Ticket with Support.   This forum can only provide you generic type help.

Please go to this link   https://support.malwarebytes.com/community/contactsupport/pages/home-support

Provide the detail and submit the ticket.

Do scroll down to the section “Create Ticket”.

Please double check that you supply a valid / properly spelled & correct Email  ( hopefully the same one you used at the time or original purchase).

On the line “How can we help you”

Be sure to Select  “I have a billing related question or issue".

Provide the same information along with the snapshot picture into the ticket.   It will expedite things for the agent to have all the transaction information.

Please do have patience.   Support has very limited number of agents on weekends.    And it will take 2 or 3 business days for them to handle the ticket.

They go by order of creation of the original ticket.
